I have a Citroen ZX Furio 18i that blows fuse 7 (10 amp) when turning the ignition key on.?

Trying to bypass the immobiliser will be harder/more expensive than fixing the obvious wiring short you have in the fuse box area. If you are not able to sort it you will need an auto electrician to do it for you
