Wild baby rabbit? At least 10 days old...?

Are it's eyes and ears open? Is it hopping on it's own? If so, it's big enough to be on it's own. It may look pathetically small, but momma leaves when they are ready. I was shocked when I learned this, but a rehabilitator told me when we had 4 babies my dad found in a planter.
