Middle name for girl?

I would like to have the middle name be after some women in my family. My middle name is Marie, my sister, mom, and gma all have the middle name kay or kaye (both pronounced the same) and my neices middle name is kalynn. I would like to come up with some kind of combo of these names, what do you think?
