Laptop family settings?

our son has a acer aspire one net book, he is on it from dusk till dawn , we found a family timer with the xbox console and its made a huge difference so we are wondering iif the laptop has a similer system and how do you get to it, google and the laptop search doesent throw anything up, many thanks in advance :)
