U.K. Ford Focus timing belt question?

Replace the tensioner, pulley and belt at the same time. My wife's car (03 Focus 100,00) Had the tensioner pulley go bad. For the price involved, if you are going to replace the belt anyway might as well get the rest of the parts at the same time.
