Which players for NSW must stay in the team no matter what for the next few years to build a team around?

personally, i think Pearce, Hayne, Snowden, Morris, Mannah, Learoyd Lars and Bird must stay there, and i think Tim Grant, Luke Douglas should be considered too, do you agree, which players, maonly young ones, should/have too stay there to build the team around
